What does factory-direct mean here?+
Direct answer: the trays are made in our own factory in Pingdu, Qingdao and sold by us — there is no trading company between you and the production line. Floor and QC walk-throughs are welcome before you commit.
Can I buy wholesale without private label?+
Direct answer: yes. In-stock LashPlus-brand trays have no MOQ and ship fast. Private-label runs under your own brand start at 100 trays per order, from 5 trays per specification.
Which lash lines are available wholesale?+
Direct answer: classic 1:1, loose volume (Russian 0.05/0.07 mm, mega 0.02/0.03 mm), premade fans 2D–20D, promade YY/W clover fans 3D–6D, easy fan, DIY cluster kits and bottom lashes — plus tweezers, adhesive, lash shampoo, remover, eye pads and practice heads.
How do I check quality before ordering in bulk?+
Direct answer: samples are paid — order up to 10 in-stock trays per round; they ship the next day, and custom-spec samples take 3–8 days. The fee is credited back in full (shipping excluded) when you place a regular wholesale order, and doubled — capped at US$50 — when the order is a custom/private-label run that meets MOQ. No order, no refund.
What are the lead times and shipping options?+
Direct answer: in-stock trays ship next day. Private-label production 14–28 days from artwork approval. Transit: DHL/FedEx 3–5 days, Eco Express 5–8, sea or rail 25–35. We handle export and logistics to your door; duties and local taxes depend on your country.
How is wholesale pricing set?+
Direct answer: Indicative public range: US$2.9–3.5 per 16-row tray of lashes depending on thickness and row count; custom box US$0.3–0.8; plus shipping = landed cost per boxed tray. Label printing is free; the one-time first-order setup fee is separate and waived on reorders. The exact figure is quoted per order — styles, specs, quantities, row count and packaging move it; send your list for a quote.
