Every lash we make starts as Korean-imported PBT fiber. We also supply that fiber to other factories in the Pingdu cluster. Here is what the material is, what it changes, and how its origin is documented.

What it is
A polyester filament, heat-set into a curl.
PBT — polybutylene terephthalate — is the synthetic fiber lash extensions are made from. It is extruded into filaments from 0.02 mm to 0.10 mm and above, heat-set into curls from J (flattest) through C, CC, D, D+ to L and M (flat base with an upturn), and cut to lengths from 4 mm bottom lashes to 25 mm.
The fiber decides three things you can feel in a tray: the finish (matte or semi-matte), the softness against the natural lash, and how well the set curl holds after weeks of wear.
Our position in the cluster
We make lashes from it. We also sell it to the factories next door.
Pingdu, Qingdao is China's lash cluster. Inside it, we manufacture lashes and also supply Korean PBT fiber to other factories — which is how we hold both quality and capacity, on the order of 100,000 trays a month. When you buy from us, you are buying from the fiber source, not from a workshop that buys fiber from us.

What is PBT in lash extensions?+
Direct answer: PBT is polybutylene terephthalate — the synthetic polyester fiber lash extensions are made from. It is extruded into fine filaments, heat-set into a curl, and cut to length. Thickness ranges from 0.02 mm (mega volume) to 0.10 mm and above (classic).
Why does Korean PBT matter?+
Direct answer: the fiber decides how a lash looks and behaves — finish (matte / semi-matte), softness, and how well the heat-set curl holds over time. Korean-imported PBT is the material we use across every lash line, and the same material we supply to other factories in the Pingdu cluster.
Do you use Korean PBT for all your lashes?+
Direct answer: yes — classic, loose volume (Russian 0.05/0.07 mm and mega 0.02/0.03 mm), premade fans 2D–20D, promade YY/W clover fans, easy fan, DIY clusters and bottom lashes are all made from Korean-imported PBT fiber.
Can you prove where the fiber comes from?+
Direct answer: the origin of the fiber is documented and can be evidenced on request. For a given order we can document fiber origin, production location and the sequence of processing steps — an unbroken record from raw material to finished tray. A one-page Supply Chain Statement is sent with quotes and samples.
Where is the fiber turned into finished lashes?+
Direct answer: in workshops owned and operated by us in Pingdu, Qingdao — both hand-made fans and pressed fans. Every processing step happens inside our own operation.
Which thickness should I choose?+
Direct answer: 0.07 mm is the all-round best-seller for premade fans; Russian volume runs on 0.05/0.07 mm; mega volume uses 0.02/0.03 mm for hand-made 9D–20D fans; classic typically 0.10 mm and up. Any curl, length and thickness mix is available per tray.
Where is the PBT fibre actually manufactured — Korea or China?+
Direct answer: the raw PBT fibre is manufactured in Korea; the finished lashes are made from it in our own factory in Pingdu, Qingdao, China. Origin documentation is available on request — and we supply the same Korean fibre to other factories in the Pingdu cluster.
