FAQ
Answers before you ask.
Private label, MOQ, packaging, samples and shipping — the questions buyers ask before they put their brand on it.
What's the difference between OEM and ODM?+
OEM means you bring the design and we manufacture it under your brand. ODM means we develop the product for you from scratch — materials, specs and packaging — and you put your label on it. We do both.
How does private label actually work, step by step?+
One message starts it. (1) Tell us the product, your volume and your brand. (2) We send a free sample — you only cover shipping. (3) Send your logo and we mock it up on the product and packaging, free, so you see your brand before you commit. (4) We run private-label production — your design, your packaging, QC'd batch by batch. (5) We ship to your door, ready to sell.
Can you put my logo on the product and the packaging?+
Yes. Your logo goes on the tray and inner card and across the outer box, sleeve and inserts, printed to your artwork. On supplies, it goes on the product surface where it fits, plus the packaging. A one-time label/setup fee applies on your first order; it's free on every reorder.
Can I see my brand on it before I order? (free mockup)+
Yes — send us your logo and brand name and we'll mock it up on the product and its packaging for free, then send it back. It's the lowest-commitment way to see your brand on the shelf before placing an order. Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected].
Do you do custom packaging? What are the options?+
Custom packaging runs in three tiers, all inside the production timeline. Budget: your logo on a clean stock box — branded and fastest to launch. Mid: a custom-printed box, sleeve and inner card in your colourway. Premium: rigid box, special finishes (foil, emboss, magnetic) and bespoke inserts. Trays, boxes and branding all come to your artwork, so what lands on your customer's doorstep is fully yours.
What's the MOQ for private-label lash extensions?+
Start with free samples — you only cover shipping — then private-label from 10 trays per size. No large upfront commitment to begin.
Is there a logo or setup fee?+
A one-time label/setup fee applies on your first order to set up your branded trays and artwork. It's free on every reorder, so repeat production is just the product cost.
How long does private-label production take?+
Sampling within 7 days. Full private-label production runs 10–21 days, including your custom packaging.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?+
We're the factory. Production runs in our own facility in Pingdu — China's lash cluster — so you're buying at the source, not through a middleman. We're happy to walk you through the floor and our QC before you commit.
What lash styles can you make?+
The full range: classic single-fiber, loose volume for hand-fanning (Russian 0.05/0.07mm and mega 0.02/0.03mm), ready-to-apply premade fans (2D–20D, with 0.07mm as the best-seller), easy fan, YY/W clover, DIY clusters and bottom lashes. Standard lengths run per product, with longer lengths up to 25mm available on special request — a popular custom option for US and Latin-American clients. Loose volume and premade fans are different products — we keep them as separate lines, so the spec you order is the spec you get.
How is pricing worked out?+
Pricing is quoted per order — it depends on the styles, specs, quantities and packaging you choose. Send us your list and we'll quote it; there's no fixed price list because no two private-label runs are the same.
Is the sample really free?+
The sample lashes are on us — you only pay the shipping to get them to you. It's the fastest way to judge our quality before committing to a production run.
What about payment?+
We work with standard international B2B terms (T/T and common methods). We'll confirm the exact terms with your quote so there are no surprises.
Where does your fiber come from?+
We use Korean-imported PBT fiber — the same material many leading brands rely on. We also supply it to other factories in the Pingdu lash cluster, so your quality keeps pace with theirs.
Are your lash extensions certified? (FDA, CE, REACH)+
Our facility is registered with the U.S. FDA, and our lash, adhesive and lash-shampoo products are listed under it. Everything is also manufactured to CE and REACH standards.
Can you make lashes to my own design?+
Yes. Send a physical sample, a tech pack, or just a reference and an idea — we'll develop curl, length, thickness and finish to match, then produce it under your label.
How does shipping and customs work?+
We ship worldwide and handle the export side and logistics to your door. Import duties and local taxes depend on your country — we'll help you plan for them up front.
What if something's wrong with an order?+
Every tray is QC'd before it ships, which is how we keep issues rare. If anything arrives not as agreed, tell us — we'll make it right.
Still have a question?
Ask the factory directly — or send your logo and we'll mock it up free.
