Certifications & Compliance

Stated exactly as it is.

The brand you build on us has to stand up in the markets you sell into. So here is precisely what we hold — no inflated claims.

U.S. FDA

FDA-registered facility, products listed.

Our manufacturing facility is registered with the U.S. FDA, and our lash, adhesive and lash-shampoo products are listed under that registration.

In plain terms: registration and listing tell the FDA who we are and what we make. They are not the same as FDA "approval," "clearance" or "certification" — the FDA does not approve or certify cosmetics. We say only what is true, because that is what protects your brand if a customer or a marketplace ever asks.

Europe

Made to CE standards.

Our products are manufactured to CE standards, so they fit the compliance expectations of EU and UK retail.

Working through a specific marketplace or retailer checklist? Tell us which one — we'll map exactly what you need for it.

Independent Lab — SGS

SGS-tested: heavy metals and microbial, not detected.

Our eyelash extensions were submitted to SGS, an independent global testing body, and tested against US California Proposition 65 (lead) and US FDA 21 CFR (total mercury). Both came back Not Detected — alongside a full microbial panel (total aerobic count, E. coli, Salmonella, S. aureus and more), all within U.S. Pharmacopeia limits.

Stated plainly, the way we do everything else here: this report was issued to our group's manufacturing entity — the same factory and the same product line — and it is dated 2019. It is the SGS report we hold today; a current re-test is scheduled to refresh it.

Supply chain traceability

We can document the whole chain.

Our fibre is imported from Korea. Both hand-made fans and pressed fans are produced in our own workshops. That means we can document the full chain — fibre origin, production location and processing steps — and give your compliance team the paperwork to match.
