Private label lash lead times: 14–28 days
Two lines. One clock. Your packaging and your lashes are made at the same time, in two different places, each with its own queue. Total lead time is the slower of the two, not the sum. Here is exactly how it runs.
The clock starts the moment your artwork is approved and specs are signed off. We don't count your approval time as ours. Samples ship in 1 week; repeat orders run 2–3 weeks.
The schedule
Both lines start the day you sign off.
Packaging and lashes are produced simultaneously in two facilities. They meet at tray carding.

Why the two lines are timed to each other
Set lashes can't sit and wait.
One high-temperature pass does two jobs at once: it sterilises the lashes and sets the curl. Once set, they stay wound on curl-setting tubes, and tube stock is finite. Lashes parked on tubes are tubes another order can't use.
So setting your order too early doesn't make it arrive sooner. It ties up tooling, blocks the floor behind you, and leaves finished lashes waiting on packaging that hasn't arrived yet. The curl doesn't improve for sitting there either.
We time setting to land with your packaging. Boxes reach the factory, lashes come off the tubes, cards go straight in. Nothing sits in limbo. Nothing waits on anything.
First orders carry the extra weight of sample approval, artwork proofing and spec sign-off. That is where the time goes. Once your spec is locked and your cards and boxes are stocked, repeat orders skip straight to scheduling.

Printing usually sets the pace.
Lash production fits inside the print window. If you want a shorter lead time, the lever is packaging: use our stock cards and 10,000 units ship in 7 days instead of 24–28.
The first order is the slow one.
Spec confirmation and verification only happen once. After that your cards and boxes are stocked and your spec is locked, so repeat orders run around 2–3 weeks.
Add transit on top.
Every figure above ends at our Qingdao warehouse. Door to door, add 3–5 days by DHL or FedEx, 5–8 by Eco Express, or 25–35 by sea or rail.
