What it is
Flat (ellipse) lashes have an oval cross-section, so each extension sits on the natural lash instead of beside it — a darker, fuller classic line at less weight than a round lash of the same diameter, with more contact surface for the bond. 0.10–0.20 mm, 6–16 mm, eight curls from C to LD, in 12, 16, 18 or 20 rows, made from Korean-imported PBT under your label.

What are flat eyelash extensions?+
Direct answer: classic extensions with an ellipse (flat) cross-section instead of a round one. Which curls and rows do your flat lashes come in?+
Direct answer: C, CC, D, D+ (DD), L, M, LC and LD, in 12, 16, 18 or 20 rows per tray. There is no industry standard row count — it is a positioning choice, and 16 is the one most brands ask for.
Can flat trays be private-labelled?+
Direct answer: yes — 100 trays per order, 5 trays per specification, your logo on the tray, card and box. A specification is one complete thickness + curl + length combination, and a mixed-length tray counts as one.
