What it is
Promade fans are our handmade clover line — YY / W shapes with three petals joined at one base, so a single placement lays down the density that would take several standard fans. That is roughly triple the volume per tray, which is real cost per tray rather than a spec-sheet number, and it is forgiving for newer artists still building speed. Made in 3D, 4D, 5D and 6D at 0.07 mm, 7–16 mm, in C, CC, D and L curls. For standard single-shape fans in 2D–20D, see our premade fans line.

What is a promade fan, and how is it different from a premade fan?+
Our promade line is the handmade YY / W shape — three petals joined at a single base — in 3D, 4D, 5D and 6D at 0.07 mm, 7–16 mm, curls C, CC, D and L. Our premade line is the standard single-shape fan, 2D–20D across 0.05, 0.07 and 0.10 mm, 7–15 mm. Two separate lines, each with its own page and its own trays.
Why do clover fans cost less per tray for the same density?+
One clover fan carries roughly three times the volume of a standard premade fan, so a tray covers about three times the work. The saving is in trays consumed per set, not in the fiber — it is the same Korean-imported PBT.
Which curls, lengths and grades can I order?+
Grades 3D, 4D, 5D and 6D at 0.07 mm, lengths 7–16 mm, curls C, CC, D and L. Curl, length and grade mixes are produced to your spec.
What is the MOQ for private-label promade fans?+
Private-label from 100 trays per order, 5 trays per single size. Samples are paid — credited in full on a wholesale order, doubled up to US$50 on a custom MOQ order (no order, no refund) — in-stock trays ship the next day; custom-spec samples take 3–8 days. Production 14–28 days from artwork approval including your custom packaging.
What fibre are the clover fans made from?+
Korean-imported PBT fiber — the same fiber as every other LashPlus line. Every tray is QC'd before it ships.
