Hand-made fans and pressed fans are both produced in workshops we own and operate in Pingdu, Qingdao. Every lash line starts as Korean-imported PBT fiber — the same fiber we supply to other factories in the cluster. Every processing step, from raw fiber to finished tray, happens inside our own operation.

Are you a factory or a trading company?+
Direct answer: a factory — Qingdao Hopeshair Cosmetics Co., Ltd. Production runs in our own facility in Pingdu, Qingdao, inside the Pingdu lash cluster; sales and office support are in Qingdao. You buy at the source, not through a middleman. Floor and QC walk-throughs are welcome before you commit.
What does an OEM lash extension supplier in China actually do for me?+
Direct answer: OEM means you bring the design — a sample, a tech pack, or a reference and an idea — and we manufacture it under your brand, matching curl, length, thickness and finish. If you would rather we develop the product from scratch, that is ODM, and we do both.
How much can you produce?+
Direct answer: monthly capacity is on the order of 100,000 trays. Both hand-made fans and pressed fans are produced in workshops we own and operate.
What is the MOQ and lead time?+
Direct answer: 100 trays per order, from 5 trays per specification; in-stock LashPlus-brand trays have no MOQ. Production 14–28 days from artwork approval including custom packaging — 14–16 days for 100 boxes, 17–19 for 1,000, 24–28 for 10,000.
What compliance documents can you provide?+
Direct answer: U.S. FDA cosmetic facility registration with lash, adhesive and lash-shampoo products listed under it (registration and listing — not approval or certification); CE documentation (eyelash extensions, RoHS; practice head); an SGS test report on eyelash extensions; and a one-page Supply Chain Statement.
