How a first order is built

A specification is one thickness × curl × length. A mixed-length tray (say 0.07 D 7–15 mm) is one spec and covers a whole zone map on its own. Any curl, length and thickness mix is available per tray.

What is the lowest MOQ for private-label lash extensions?+
Direct answer: 100 trays per order in total, and you can put as few as 5 trays behind any single specification. So a first order can be 20 different specs at 5 trays each, 4 specs at 25 each, or anything between — as long as the order totals 100 trays and no spec drops below 5.
What counts as one specification?+
Direct answer: one thickness × curl × length combination. 0.07 D 12 mm is one spec. A 0.07 D 7–15 mm mixed-length tray is also one spec — mixed-length trays are the usual way to cover a full zone map from one SKU.
Can I order below 100 trays?+
Direct answer: for private label, no — 100 trays per order is the minimum. In-stock LashPlus-brand trays have no MOQ, and you can order up to 10 in-stock sample trays per round — fee credited in full on a wholesale order and doubled — up to US$50 — on a custom MOQ order (no order, no refund) — so you can test before committing to a branded run.
Does low MOQ cost more per tray?+
Direct answer: Indicative public range: US$2.9–3.5 per 16-row tray of lashes depending on thickness and row count; custom box US$0.3–0.8; plus shipping = landed cost per boxed tray. Label printing is free; the one-time first-order setup fee is separate and waived on reorders. The exact figure is quoted per order — styles, specs, quantities, row count and packaging move it — so there is no fixed price list.
How fast is a first 100-tray order?+
Direct answer: 14–16 days from artwork approval for 100 boxes, including your custom packaging. Custom-spec samples before that take 3–8 days; in-stock samples ship next day.
Do DIY cluster kits have the same MOQ?+
Direct answer: no — DIY cluster kits are a separate line with a minimum of 100 finished sets per kit, uniform across the kit matrix.
