Guide · the supplier side
Start your own lash brand — what the factory needs from you, and when.
Not the marketing. The manufacturing: what to send, how a first order is sized, what the timeline really is, and which documents your customers will ask for. Written by the factory that will make the trays.
LashPlus is the B2B private-label lash service brand of Qingdao Hopeshair Cosmetics Co., Ltd — made in our own factory in Pingdu, Qingdao, China.
Five steps
From first message to branded trays.
- 1
Pick a starting range — or describe your clients.
Two or three curls (C / CC / D cover most EU and US demand; add L / LC / M if your clientele skews hooded or monolid), in mixed 7–15 mm lengths so one tray covers a full zone map. Not sure? The Style Matcher turns eye shapes into maps and the trays that match them.
- 2
Hold the fiber before you brand it.
Order up to 10 in-stock sample trays per round — next-day dispatch, fee credited in full on a wholesale order and doubled — up to US$50 — on a custom MOQ order (no order, no refund). Custom-spec samples take 3–8 days. Judge curl, finish and softness in your hand, not on a screen. What the fiber is →
- 3
Send artwork. The clock starts here.
Logo, tray wallpaper, sticker, box, inserts — all to your artwork, all inside the production timeline. A one-time setup fee on the first order covers your branded trays; it is waived on every reorder.
- 4
Size the first order: 100 trays, your way.
100 trays per order, 5 trays minimum per specification. 20 specs at 5 each, 4 at 25, or one best-seller at 100 — the total is the rule, the mix is yours. Most first orders land on 3–5 specs. Worked examples →
- 5
Production, then reorder in 2–3 weeks.
14–16 days from artwork approval for 100 boxes, then 3–5 days by DHL/FedEx (Eco Express 5–8, sea or rail 25–35). Repeat orders run 2–3 weeks, with no setup fee.
What you will be asked for
The paperwork your customers — and marketplaces — want to see.
- —U.S. FDA — the facility is registered and lash, adhesive and lash-shampoo products are listed under it (registration and listing; the FDA does not approve or certify cosmetics).
- —CE — products made to CE standards; CE documentation on file for eyelash extensions (RoHS) and the practice head.
- —Third-party lab — SGS test report on eyelash extensions (Prop 65 lead and total mercury not detected; microbial panel within U.S. Pharmacopeia limits).
- —Supply Chain Statement — one page, sent with quotes and samples: fiber origin, production site, process chain.

FAQ
Starting a brand, answered.
How much stock do I need to start my own lash brand?+
Direct answer: with us, a first private-label order is 100 trays, and you can spread it over up to 20 specifications at 5 trays each — a full range in one run. Most first orders land on 3–5 specs. In-stock LashPlus-brand trays have no MOQ if you want to sell before your artwork is ready.
What do I need to send a supplier to get started?+
Direct answer: the styles and specs you want (or a reference product), your logo and artwork for trays and boxes, and a shipping address for samples. If you do not have specs yet, tell us the curls and lengths your clients ask for and we will propose a starting range.
How long from first message to product in hand?+
Direct answer: in-stock samples ship next day; custom-spec samples take 3–8 days. Once you approve artwork, private-label production runs 14–28 days — 14–16 days for 100 boxes — and transit is 3–5 days by DHL/FedEx.
What will it cost?+
Direct answer: Indicative public range: US$2.9–3.5 per 16-row tray of lashes depending on thickness and row count; custom box US$0.3–0.8; plus shipping = landed cost per boxed tray. Label printing is free; the one-time first-order setup fee is separate and waived on reorders. The exact figure is quoted per order — send your list. Samples: paid — credited in full on your first order, doubled up to US$50 on a custom MOQ order.
What documents will my customers or marketplace ask for?+
Direct answer: commonly the supplier's U.S. FDA facility registration and product listing (registration and listing — not approval), CE documentation for the EU/UK, and a third-party lab test. We provide all three, plus a one-page Supply Chain Statement. For a specific marketplace or retailer checklist, ask and we map exactly what is needed.
Will you tell anyone I buy from you?+
Direct answer: no. We manufacture private-label and do not disclose client brand names, logos or testimonials without written authorization.
