OEM
You bring the design.
A physical sample, a tech pack, or a reference and an idea. We match curl, length, thickness and finish, then manufacture it under your brand.
ODM
We develop it from scratch.
Materials, specs, curl/length/thickness, adhesive system, applicator and packaging — developed by us, labeled by you. Standard SKUs are the fastest route; bespoke redesign sits above MOQ thresholds.
Every lash line is available private-label: classic, loose volume (Russian 0.05/0.07 mm, mega 0.02/0.03 mm), premade fans 2D–20D, promade YY/W clover fans 3D–6D, easy fan, DIY clusters and bottom lashes. Premade and promade are separate lines and separate trays — the spec ordered is the spec shipped.

Custom trays, outer boxes and branding to your artwork are part of the 14–28 day production window. A one-time setup fee on the first order covers your branded trays; it is waived on every reorder.

What is the MOQ for private-label lash extensions?+
Direct answer: 100 trays per order, from 5 trays per specification. A specification is one thickness + curl + length combination — 0.05 C 7 mm is one spec, and a 0.05 C 7–15 mm mixed-length tray is also one spec. In-stock LashPlus-brand trays have no MOQ.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?+
Direct answer: OEM — you bring the design (a sample, a tech pack, or a reference and an idea) and we manufacture it under your brand. ODM — we develop the product from scratch, materials to packaging, and you put your label on it. Both routes are fully private-label.
How do samples work?+
Direct answer: samples are paid — order up to 10 in-stock trays per round; they ship the next day, and custom-spec samples take 3–8 days. The fee is credited back in full (shipping excluded) when you place a regular wholesale order, and doubled — capped at US$50 — when the order is a custom/private-label run that meets MOQ. No order, no refund.
How long does private-label production take?+
Direct answer: 14–28 days from artwork approval, including your custom packaging — 14–16 days for 100 boxes, 17–19 for 1,000, 24–28 for 10,000. Repeat orders 2–3 weeks. Transit on top: DHL/FedEx 3–5 days, Eco Express 5–8, sea or rail 25–35.
Is there a setup or logo fee?+
Direct answer: a one-time label/setup fee on the first order to set up your branded trays and artwork. It is waived on every reorder.
Is custom packaging included?+
Direct answer: yes — trays, boxes and branding to your artwork are part of the production timeline, not an add-on with its own lead time.
Where are the lashes made?+
Direct answer: in our own factory in Pingdu, Qingdao, inside the Pingdu lash cluster, with sales and office support in Qingdao. Factory-direct — you buy at the source, not through a trading middleman. Floor and QC walk-throughs are welcome before you commit.
